You can access your Membership through your Gumroad library, if you have an account or through the Membership’s receipt if you don’t.

If you do have an account, simply go to https://gumroad.com/library and hover over your Membership product. You will see a button that says: “view content.”

Managing your Membership:

To manage your Membership, hover over your Membership product in your library and choose “view content.” Or, click on the link in the receipt to access your Membership.

In the content area, you’ll be able to view and download your files. You can also re-send the receipt for this purchase to yourself and manage your Membership with the "Manage Membership" button:

When you click "Manage Membership" you’ll be able to see what your current billing plan is for your Membership and, if the creator has enabled multiple ways to pay for your Membership, you’ll be able to change that as well:

Don’t forget to click “update Membership” once you are finished making changes.

Cancelling your Membership:

As you can see in the above image, this page is also where you can cancel your Membership. When a Membership is cancelled, you'll have access to the content up until the date when the Membership would have been renewed.

FOR PC
By default, Windows will extract the files into the temp folder when you double-click on a .zip file to open it for viewing.

This error means there is a problem with the permissions of the temp folder.

Here is a workaround:
‍
1. Move the .zip file into one of your user profile sub-folders, like Downloads, Documents, Pictures, etc.
‍
2. Right-click on the .zip file and select “Extract All”. This allows you to decompress all of the files into a folder of your choice.
